Then what? Change the sample GEORGE WASHINGTON'S information to your own. George's profile is for example only.  Add your own digital photo.

What information should I include? Enter all pertinent information that would assist emergency personnel should you become incapacitated or otherwise need help in an emergency.
That's pretty general. What's the minimum? Paramedics focus in on Health history, Allergies, and Medications.  Also, to insure proper identification, include your name and photograph.
What information should I NOT include? Do not enter anything that could jeopardize your identity should this information be lost or stolen.
Do paramedics in my area know to look for this Ice Cube? Our Ice Cube organization is doing its best to get the word out to every paramedic, fire department, and hospital.

To make sure that the professionals in your area are familiar with the Ice Cube, ask them. If not, let us know and we'll train them.

Is there a way to backup the Ice Cube? Absolutely. The Ice Cube Flash Drive is just like any other computer disk drive.  Using Windows Explorer, copy the contents of the Ice Cube to its own backup directory such as C:\ICE
