Phone Contacts

As an additional back up to your ICE Cube, add your emergency contacts to your cell phone's phonebook.

Program your cell phone in a way that a paramedic or other emergency responders can easily identify who to call if you cannot.  The standard is to enter this individual as "ICE" in your phone's address book.  If you have more than one person that could be called, you would enter them as "ICE-1", "ICE-2", "ICE-wife", etc.  Don't be one of the 75% of people who do not carry any details as to who their next of kin is or who to contact if they become incapacitated.

Paste a small Ice Cube label on the outside of your phone.
